We started DevFollow after seeing the same mistake happen over and over again. Founders were spending months and often significant budgets building software before anyone had clearly defined what needed to be built. The developers weren’t the problem. The lack of strategy was.
After building products of my own, I realized every successful project started the same way: with clarity, validation, and a solid plan before development ever began.
